1. Services Offered

Got Rubbish provides pickup and disposal services for various items, including furniture, appliances, garbage, construction and demolition debris etc.. Our team is committed to efficiently and responsibly handling the removal and disposal of your unwanted items.

2. Scheduling and Payments

2.1 Scheduling Services: To request our services, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time, but scheduling is subject to availability.

2.2 Pricing: Our pricing is based on the volume and type of items to be removed. The final cost will be provided to you before confirming the appointment. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and a 4% convenience fee if paying by credit or debit card.

2.3 Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment options.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Item Preparation: Ensure that items are ready for removal at the scheduled time. Disassemble large items if required.  We do offer dismantling at an additional fee. Be as clear as you can with what services you will require to avoid any adjustments to pricing

3.2 Access: Provide clear and safe access to the items for removal. Inform us of any potential hazards or obstacles at the location.

3.3 Payment: Customers must make payment promptly upon completion of services. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $80.

4.2 Cancellation by Got Rubbish: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or equipment malfunctions. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance.

5. Liability and Damages

5.1 Liability: While we take utmost care during removal, Got Rubbish is not liable for any damage to property that may occur during the pickup process.

5.2 Insurance: Got Rubbish is insured, and any claims for damages must be reported within 72 hours of service completion.

6. Environmental Responsibility

6.1 Disposal Methods: We are committed to environmentally responsible disposal practices. Items are disposed of in accordance with local regulations and recycling guidelines.

6.2 Hazardous Materials: We do not handle hazardous materials. Please inform us in advance if any items may pose a risk.
